A/R Management Services

A/R Management Services - Our proprietary Claims Management software tracks each claim automatically and follows up on those that are not resolved within timely parameters. Payments are reconciled to specific contracted allowables for managed care plans to ensure that payers are paying according to established and agreed-upon terms. Regression analysis reports reveal how much is collected each month and how quickly. EPBS-Intermedix also processes credit balances, issues refunds and manages unclaimed property.

Claims Appeals

Claims Appeals - Our claims management software tracks and monitors each claim. Certain denials trigger automatic reviews and appeals. In conjunction with our clients, EPBS-Intermedix Client Representatives, Compliance Officers, CPAs and attorneys regularly challenge and appeal inappropriate claims denials, payment errors and more. Accounts are not turned to collections without first exhausting the availability of other payer resources.

Transition Funding
