You will be responsible for updating accounts by troubleshooting and locating the correct contact information from the returned mail and making the appropriate corrections in a timely manner so the claims or bills can be re-mailed to ensure that collectable claims are optimized. Additionally, you will generate month end collections referral reports and follow-up on accounts. Although this is an entry-level position, strong written and verbal skills are required to perform this job adequately. This position is a great opportunity for someone looking for a professional office experience as a stepping-stone to bigger things. A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required. The work schedules are 6:30-3:30, 7:30-4:30, and 8am-5pm. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent for consideration. |
