The Compliance Assistant reports to the Corporate Compliance Officer and provides support to the CCO in all compliance and related activities. The Compliance Assistant organizes and maintains compliance records, audits and reports, and is in charge of all administrative aspects of compliance training and policy distribution. The Compliance Assistant must have a professional attitude and demonstrate ethical behavior.
Job Duties: Scheduling, notification, and all administrative duties for monthly and annual compliance training classes. Compiling and tracking of compliance certifications for all EPBS-Intermedix employees. Printing, disseminating, and tracking electronic policy updates and paper policy manuals. Circulating, distributing and archiving compliance reference materials, newsletters, and reports. Electronic archiving of all company policies and procedure documents.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; some college or compliance/audit experience is preferred. Strong attention to detail and high quality work; good organizational abilities. General office skills required, proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal courteously and effectively with personnel throughout the organization, including executive leadership. Must have ability to manage multiple projects and objectives at once, be self motivated and to work effectively without close supervision
