The VP of Client Services is responsible for the overall management, servicing and profitability of client accounts and organizing, managing, coordinating, controlling and communicating activities of the account to invested parties. Other responsibilities include driving the market product and customer service strategies for assigned accounts, maximizing customer value and retention, and maintaining open channels of communication for potential customer acquisition opportunities and other alternative business growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration or closely related field.
Must have 10 years of experience in Medical Revenue Cycle Management activities (experience preferred).
Proven track record of success in marketing (branding), customer growth and customer retention.
Proven track record of leadership and successes with Customer Care and Product Management teams that support software organizations.
