Available in Miami, FL, Denver, CO and Los Angeles, CA
Responsibilities include coordinating the efforts of all operational functions within the revenue cycle management (RCM) process (i.e. chart flow, billing cycles, accounts receivables, etc.) to provide for optimal services to clients. Must maintain strong working relationships with departmental managers. Must have an extensive understanding of the operational considerations of each department. This well-developed understanding of the organization, coupled with a strong understanding of the industry will aid in providing good analytical judgment to provide for seamless service to the clients.
Requirements include a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field and comprehensive experience managing operations for a medical billing or RCM company with a proven track record of success. Extensive knowledge of the RCM processes regarding medical billing. Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Crystal Reports and Business Objects. Requires excellent presentation, organization, and communication skills
