Responsibilities include managing key client services processes and providing guidance and leadership to Client Services Managers in the monitoring, maintenance and analyses of assigned client accounts to ensure top quality services. Oversee and coordinate all client services functions within the RCM process (i.e. client account processing, chart flow, billing cycles, accounts receivables, etc.). Respond effectively to client concerns and aid Client Managers in identifying and resolving issues. Must monitor and evaluate Client Managers and maintain an extensive knowledge of their associated client accounts.
Requirements are a bachelors degree in finance, accounting or business administration and comprehensive experience managing client accounts in a RCM or a medical insurance company with a proven track record of success. Strong analytical skills and spreadsheet experience (MS Excel, Crystal Reports and Business Objects is strongly preferred). Requires excellent presentation, organization, and communication skills.
