Available in Miami, FL, Denver, CO and Los Angeles, CA
Responsible for the overall management, servicing and profitability of assigned client accounts and for organizing, managing, coordinating, and communicating activities of the account to invested parties. Will function as account manager and liaison between the client and the company. Identify and remedy existing or potential problems with client accounts. Responsible for creating and presenting various client financial reports. Must maintain knowledge of chart flow, billing cycles, billing forms and accounts receivables management.
Requirements include a bachelors degree in finance, accounting or business administration. Previous experience managing client accounts in a RCM or a medical insurance company is preferred. Strong analytical skills and spreadsheet experience (MS Excel, Crystal Reports and Business Objects preferred). Requires excellent presentation, organization, and communication skills.
