Responsibilities:
The Collections Insurance Team Member is responsible for researching unpaid accounts to acquire the correct demographic and insurance information so that we can update the patient accounts and attempt to collect payment on those accounts or at least be able to forward on the correct demographic information to the Company’s third party collections agency.
Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED and at least 6 months experience in a call center or heavy phone useage environment (i.e. receptionist). ust be able to type a minimum of 25wpm and have a pleasant and professional phone demeanor. |
