Documentation Education—EPBS conducts regular onsite educational programs for physicians which include a comprehensive overview of Medicare’s Documentation Guidelines and an offering of practical approaches to accurately document services rendered. EPBS Client Representatives provide clients with regular feedback and monthly reporting of any services that may not be coded due to insufficient documentation.
